Improved version of Vertical Solar Power Generator Using Innovative SPV Array Method With Minimum Footprint

Main objectives : To develop a vertical solar power generator having 3 KW capacity, through an innovative SPV array method with a pole-like structure and branch that requires drastically reduced land than conventional SPV layout

What was achieved : The vertical solar power generator of 3 KW capacity has been successfully developed and tested in laboratory level at CSIR-CMERI. The prototype has been developed using innovative SPV array  method with a pole-like structure and branch, which required minimum land space to install the generator. It has been installed in front of main building of CSIR- CMERI. The testing was done, with supply of power to suitable lighting system.
